I have a masters degree in counseling psychology and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 15 years. Most of my work has been with young people and their families in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as schools. I am skilled in meeting clients where they are and utilizing evidenced-based approaches to move them through an effective treatment plan. I approach the therapy process with a foundation of unconditional positive regard. Clients are involved in their treatment process from intake to closure and are empowered to find their unique strengths. I believe in the value of a strong counselor-client relationship. I look forward to working with clients to identify their areas of need and empower them to achieve their goals.
