I have been working in the field since 2011. I received my BA in Psychology from FDU and my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. I enjoy traveling, nature, and Disney. Some treatment modalities I like to use are client centered therapy to build a relationship with you without judgment where you can feel safe to explore situations, emotions, and thoughts freely; the psycho-dynamic approach to help you figure out the "why" of what is going on; and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you find coping skills, new ways of thinking, and positivity. I can also use spirituality as a helpful tool as needed. I am here to help you reach your full potential and be the best version of you. I specialize in depression, stress, anxiety, parenting, big life changes, and anger, just to name a few. I love to help clients reach that "ah-ha" moment to facilitate change.
