I have worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years, gaining diverse experiences that have strengthened my ability to support others on their journey to recovery. I recognize that mental health is shaped by intersecting identities and multiple layers of influence, each creating unique experiences and challenges. Using an intersectional approach, I provide a framework for exploring the many factors that shape relationships and day-to-day interactions within any relational system.
I also acknowledge the labor that sustains our communities and institutions, honoring the contributions of historically marginalized and under-recognized individuals and groups whose resilience and dedication shape the world around us.
My goal is to help individuals cultivate joy, inner peace, and their best sense of self by developing clearer perspectives, honoring the complexity of their lived experiences, and supporting growth through both psychoeducation and self-reflection.
