As a licensed counselor of 5+ years, My sole purpose is that of a facilitator and to provide my client with a safe and non-judgmental environment that fosters honesty, trust, support, healing, awareness and growth. As a therapist, I strive to equip my clients with the tools necessary to find a sense of self, access their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. I currently work with ethnically, economically and culturally diverse individuals, families, and adolescents struggling with trauma, anger, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ related issues, depression, eating disorders, obesity, PTSD, stress, OCD, family issues, communication issues, work related issues, life transitions and several other mental health disorders. I also specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Functional family Therapy and utilize other theoretical orientations based on my client's needs.
