Hi, I’m Elizabeth (She/her)!
Everyone deserves freedom and space to make sense of our life experiences and needs, and caring support of others to help in making and processing life choices (and yes mistakes too!)
Even though it feels like it sometimes, we are never truly alone, nor can we do it all alone! As a counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space and time for us to explore your concerns, process the past, develop goals, discover and embrace strengths, grow support, and make steps towards what matters to you! I view counseling relationships as mutually transformative and look forward to working with you from a place of authenticity, compassion, and collaboration.
I graduated from University of Oregon with a B.S. in Psychology in 2017. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical mental health counseling from Lamar University in 2020. I am licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and I’m a National Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I am certified as a victim’s services advocate by the Texas Office of the Attorney General and provide crisis advocacy and counseling services for survivors of relationship and family violence.
