As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with children, adolescents, young adults and families who are experiencing an array of life transitions, social stressors, anxiety, depression and conflicts in relationships and friendships.
I understand how hard it can be to go through various life transitions as children enter adolescence and experience new and challenging situations. Together my clients and I learn effective and productive coping skills that clients can use when navigating their busy day to day lives. My goal is to help my clients to feel their best while navigating their busy lives.
I practice from a strengths-based approach, helping to build my client’s self-esteem and coping skills. I take time to get to know my clients as I feel developing a strong rapport is crucial for my clients and I to build a positive therapeutic alliance. I have training in a variety of therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed therapy.
