I offer a nonjudgmental space, and I believe in celebrating joy in life’s small, everyday moments. All are welcome. I have 25 years of experience in county social services, community-based services, and a hospital/ER setting. I find deep meaning in helping others navigate the profound transformation and personal growth that can emerge from loss and heartache. It’s an honor to witness a journey that begins with grief and uncertainty and unfolds into new beginnings, confidence, and healing. When I am not in sessions, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful horse, traveling, listening to podcasts, exploring vintage fashion and personal style, and spending quiet evenings at home with my cat.
