I encourage routine setting, boundaries, and life adjustments. I have over 10 years experience teaching parenting skills, within the foster car system, and helping clients with adjusting to major life changes.
I started my career in psychology and counseling when I experienced a suicide in my family. It gave me the courage to make changes for myself, and help people around me who were also suffering grief, loss, and depression. I'm an advocate of mental health issues, a proud adoptee, and a supporter of the arts.
