Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience as a therapist. My approach is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and feel heard. I specialize in helping with anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and substance use challenges. I have specific training in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for families and couples, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Practices to help you manage stress, work through challenging emotions, and feel more in control of your life. I love being a therapist because I know how important it is to have someone who really listens. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to help. We’ll work together to figure out what’s going on and find ways for you to feel more confident, less stressed, and more fulfilled in your day-to-day.
