I’m Emily (she/her) and I help individuals, parents, and partners just like you reset, reconnect, and reestablish joy in their lives. As a queer woman, as a veteran, and as someone who has deeply questioned and explored my own identity, I’ve developed my expertise around helping others honor themselves. I help my clients navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and rekindle joy by identifying barriers, developing skills and strategies, and finding new ways to thrive. Whether you are overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety, frustration, low self esteem, or just looking for joy, I'm here for you. Many of today’s solutions include a one-size-fits all approach or a “quick fix” promise, leading you to feel unseen or leaving you ill-equipped to take your newfound skills into the world.
