Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and have 7 years of experience. To me therapy is when a client and I will sit together and discuss their world and how it has shaped them and their perspective on life. I work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, difficult breakups, and trauma. My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution focused, client centered and psycho-dynamic. I believe that exploring and learning to navigate unknown territories will bring confidence, clarity and peace of mind. I understand the value of having someone who is there to be supportive and be by your side without judgment as you go and create the life you want for yourself.
