I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience providing therapy. I moved to Oregon from New York, where I completed my education and clinical training. I was drawn to the beauty and expansiveness of the Pacific Northwest and am grateful to call it home. I work with both teens and adults, offering a collaborative space where clients can feel understood, respected, and empowered. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and have specialized training in trauma-competent care, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and forensic mental health counseling. My approach is integrative and strengths-based. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities and tailor therapy to each person’s needs, goals, and lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and I strive to meet clients where they are—with curiosity and practical tools for growth. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, anger management, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mood instability, ADHD, personality disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other life challenges.
