My pronouns are she/her/hers. My approach to therapy is education based, I believe that when people understand how their brain and body works together, it empowers them to choose the best strategies for their life. My areas of expertise include working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or depression; and working with people navigating their racial identity, sexual orientation, and gender identity and gender expression. I have worked extensively with families and couples to improve communication and reduce conflicts. I also have years of experience working with individuals dealing with substance use disorder and with concerned family members. I love to help people improve their coping skills and support them in achieving their personal goals. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you.
