If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in the same patterns, especially in your relationships or sense of self, you’re not alone. I work with individuals carrying the weight of past experiences, cultural and relational stress, or the quiet exhaustion of always holding it together. My style is collaborative and rooted in curiosity, care, and connection. Clients have described me as warm, grounded, and affirming. I bring an integrative approach blending Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work (IFS), and CBT, to help you tune into both your nervous system and your thoughts, at a pace that feels safe for you. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, with particular care for BIPOC and Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing communities. The work that we will do won’t be about fixing, it’s about returning to yourself, one grounded breath at a time.
