I specialize in the treatment of depression, grief and loss; stress management, anxiety, LGBTQ issues and the emotional distress caused by life’s transitions. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, families and couples. I am also aware of the personal, relational, and spiritual needs of each individual. My goal in counseling is to provide professional, compassionate services to clients, by using a non-judgmental approach. The foundation of effective counseling is a good collaborative approach that requires honest caring without judgment. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation.
