Welcome—I'm here to help you feel safe, supported, and seen. I approach therapy from the heart, creating a space where you can begin your journey toward healing. Whether you're coping with depression, managing anxiety, navigating a crisis, or working through past trauma, we can walk this path together. My goal is to help you transform life’s challenges into opportunities for growth, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose. We all experience difficult moments—trauma, stress, loss, relationship issues, and work issues. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but seeking therapy doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means you’re ready to care for yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. I don’t believe in labels. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking beside you, guiding you with compassion and care. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the emotional toll of work-related stress, career transitions, burnout, and the pressure to succeed. I also provide support for those going through divorce, separation, or relationship challenges—whether you’re healing from heartbreak, trying to improve communication, or rebuilding your life after loss. Relationships, both personal and professional, can deeply affect our well-being. We can process those emotions and develop healthier patterns to support your long-term fulfillment. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, facing a wide range of concerns including LGBTQIA+-related issues, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, unsatisfying relationships, overwhelming emotions, identity and self-esteem challenges, sexual concerns, family conflicts, life transitions, and workplace difficulties. Each person brings a unique story—and with it, the capacity for healing, growth, and change. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I specialize in helping individuals turn pain into purpose, finding meaning in their struggles and regaining a sense of usefulness. I strive to create a safe, emotionally supportive environment where you can explore your experiences without judgment. While not every therapist is the right fit for every person, I do my best to tailor my approach to your unique needs. My style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. I believe in your resilience, your strengths, and your ability to create meaningful change.
