About me
I'm an intuitive therapist that helps clients embody an internal shift to connect and work starting from within. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationships and stress. Words that describe my approach would be nurturing, supportive, insightful and transformational. I help client's find flexibility in life and all its complexities with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-empowerment.
My approach
Although my work is rooted in evidenced based psychotherapy, I provide a different approach and perspective to therapy that includes spirituality, energy work, clinical hypnosis, and clinical psychology. This approach helps to listen to the subconscious, clear energy blocks and find the deeper meaning in life's experiences. I specialize in helping to bring the mind, body and spiritual aspect of being into therapy; a place to clear and journey from within to connect the past with the present. When you start from within, it increases the capacity to navigate the complexities of what is going on externally and relationally. My goal is to provide a space where clients can feel seen and heard, where they can explore their inner selves, process what needs to be processed, release what needs to be released, clear energy blocks, lead by self-empowerment, shift trauma, clear outdated beliefs, learn new skills and work to manifest and co-create their desired outcomes. I provide space where you can feel vulnerable and process things that you need to. If you are feeling disconnected or looking to strengthen from within, and my approach is resonating with you, review my website. If you feel immediately connected to my style, contact me so we can start our journey together.
Why spirituality is important for me
I'm a client and a provider. After my younger brother died from cancer, I was depressed and heartbroken. Spirituality helped me find my light and my inner strength. For the last couple of years I took trainings related to energy healing and spirituality and now incorporate those teachings into my practice. Spirituality helps to heal from within from a sacred perspective that is completely different from psychology. Combining them both is a unique and effective application of integrative mental health.
