Maybe you've just experienced a deep loss or a traumatic event that's left you questioning everything - including your sanity. Or maybe the pain you've kept tucked away for years is finally bubbling up. You might be a helping professional, worn down by what you see every day. Maybe it's a chronic struggle with anxiety, where you feel you've tried everything but haven't found the right fit. I worked for years as a medical social worker and as a hospice grief counselor, so I get it. My goal is to help you build the tools to face whatever challenges arise—past, present, or future. Life will keep bringing hard things, but I want you to leave our sessions feeling confident to navigate them on your own terms.
Talking helps, but lasting change needs more. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based support through EMDR, ACT, and IFS. You’ll gain tools, techniques, and resources to face fears and manage stress, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to work myself out of a job—leaving you empowered after each session and building lasting resources.
As a therapist who's been to therapy, I know how hard it is to ask for help. It is my honor to sit with you, hear you, and come alongside you. I truly believe that you are the expert of you, whether you realize it yet or not. I will bring along my arsenal of tools and strategies to empower you. And you? Just come as you are.
