About Me I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I was going through a tough period in my life, and my therapist asked me what I wanted my future to look like. I realized then that I wanted to help people that are struggling recognize that their strengths and resiliency can get them through a challenging time. My Approach I would describe my therapy style as nonjudgemental, strengths based, and empathetic. I do pull from different treatment modalities as I feel therapy should be tailored to the individual and no modality is the perfect fit for everyone. I strive to give my clients a safe and welcoming space to express their needs, challenges, and past experiences. Open to working with adolescents ages 16 and older.
