“Nothing Is Impossible: the word itself says that I’m possible.“ Audrey Hepburn I am a northern native who committed to breaking down the stigma associated with mental health and minorities. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the medical field and noticed disparities and challenges that reinforced poor mental health. I firmly believe that with encouragement, patience and understanding we can all find our level of wellness. My commitment is in empowering and to value the individuality that diversity presents. My philosophy for helping is grounded in an integrative interactive approach to the therapeutic paradigm. I have a special interest in working with minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community to overcome the emotional trauma of inequality. I also work with foster and adopted families, and adopted adults. I also treat depression, anxiety, trauma and stress related feelings of unwellness.
