Helping people is my passion. I am easy to open up to and give individuals a safe place to share their past, present and hopes for the future. We don't all come into this world knowing everything and this is no different. I help people learn skills to transition from a place that may be unknown into a place where self-esteem and self-worth are their companions. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the bumpy road and that's where I come in and help. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, I welcome people into therapy like a cup of coffee on a front porch. When I am not working, I enjoy Cajun cooking and taking care of my family.
