I have been a licensed mental health professional for more than 14 years, with 8 years of experience in public relations previously. I returned to the helping profession to support others managing the challenges that life brings us - chronic stress, life transitions, loss, anxiety, sadness, loneliness and traumatic experiences that leave us not fully operating at our full happiness potential. I offer clients a safe, nonjudgmental, empathetic space to process life - its anxieties, conflicts, transitions, stressors. I also take a psychoeducational approach to my practice giving clients specific tools to implement in their daily lives for personal growth and symptom relief in between sessions.
