I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over than 10 years of experience. My goal has been to serve and help others be able to find coping skills and achieve emotional healing. Throughout my years of experience as a therapist and in the Mental Health field I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds on individual, family and group settings. Through the use of therapeutic skills, I have worked with clients who have expressed diverse issues including Depression, Anxiety, loss, mood issues, and difficulties maintaining focus. I am also fully bilingual (English and Spanish). My approach is collaborative, empathic, and solution focused.
