I am a licensed Professional Counselor and a Qualified Family and Divorce Mediator, and Parenting Coordinator. I received my Master's degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross College and my mediation training through The Mediation Institute. My experience is working with children (using play therapy), adolescents, adults, families and couples. I specialize working with children, adolescents, young adults and adult issues. In my practice I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Person Centered, Solution Focus and Reality Therapies when working with my clients. My main focus when helping my clients is to use an evidence-based approach that focuses on helping my clients understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected, so they cane begin to make targeted change. I provide In-person, Virtual and telehealth counseling sessions.
