As a practitioner with Spring Health my primary goal is to be of service to individuals by helping each client identify, confront, accept, and resolve the challenges faced through insight and inspiration. I’m a firm believer in the philosophy that each individual harbors within their self the requisite capacity to handle and overcome the temporary burdens of life. My approach is to dedicate myself per session and travel alongside each client to uncover, recover, and discover the many gems we find along the way. I tend to take an honest, sensitive, and deliberate stance to help each client recognize the healthy and helpful decisions necessary for self-discovery, improvements in day-to-day functioning, and help folks aim for their highest potential. Three words that describe my style are: learning, transforming, and thriving. That is, learning from one another through therapy; modifying and transforming ourselves in the process; and adopting a new perspective that will help us thrive in life. I view my therapeutic work as an honorable endeavor to provide a safe space for clients as they are “growing” through something. Open to working with adolescents 13 years and older.
