I believe in providing thoughtful, loving and kind support. Sometimes life can be overwhelming, take different turns than the path we originally planned or thought, or we can get into a rut or even stuck and unsure how to make positive changes. I recognize how hard it can be to ask for help, especially from a stranger, however the beauty of working with someone who is not a friend or family member is having someone unbiased to work with in times of uncertainty.
