It could be learning about the brain-body connection and finding ways to connect the two. Or it might be using resources you either didn’t know about or were hesitant to use in the past. As a therapist, I’m skilled at finding the best therapy style for you. It might be a cognitive-behavioral style focusing on faulty thinking patterns or a dialectical-behavior style that helps you regulate your emotions and tolerate distress. And if you’ve experienced trauma, I have special training to help you work through it. So, whether you don’t know where to start or have a specific need, I’m here for you!
