Hello My name is Gerquel Bowman. I am a LPC who enjoys helping others. I have been a License Professional Counselor for 2 years. The population I served are children, adolescents and adults. I specialized in Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Mood Disorder, Life Issues, Women Issues, and Trauma. My theoretical framework is Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Mindfulness Technique. One important thing I emphasized in my therapeutic model is building rapport. Building rapport with your therapist is everything. This is important because it does affect one's treatment outcome. I always focus on the client's well being and what can make them a better person as well.
