I enjoy helping individuals and families from all walks of life.
I believe that, at times, many of us find ourselves confused, sad or anxious, and that alongside the pain, there is always an opportunity of self-reflection, and exploration for growth. As a therapist, I see myself as a partner in your individual journey, who offers a safe space to understand, re/assess and adjust choices, decisions, and deep feelings. My approach is flexible and eclectic, and I adapt our treatment plan to each individual.
I have interest and experience with trauma informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. My areas of expertise include helping individuals who struggle with hoarding, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, adjustment disorder, trauma and abuse, self-image and self-Esteem Issues, family and relationship issues, and anger and stress management Issues.
