Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 8 years of experience. I work hard for my clients, offering a welcoming and collaborative approach during our work together. I have experience in working with a variety of individuals, couples, and families specializing in treating those with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. I work with children as young as 3 years old, school age, college students, older adults. I have had the privilege in working with our military, veterans and people with physical disabilities and those experiencing chronic pain. I use brief and solution-focused psychotherapies, focusing on your strengths and teaching you tools to manage your symptoms. Together we create goals uniquely tailored to your needs.
