Hello and welcome! Reaching out for support can be a big step, and my goal is to create a therapy space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My work is grounded in compassion, acceptance, and respect. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges across multiple clinical settings. I specialize in helping individuals manage trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. I also have experience supporting military service members, veterans, individuals with physical disabilities, and those living with chronic pain. For couples, I help address deep-seated relationship trauma, chronic conflict, and emotional disconnection. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that create distance and distress and develop practical tools to foster emotional safety, understanding, and reconnection. My goal is to guide partners from feeling like adversaries to becoming supportive, connected partners again. I work with youth and adults to strengthen self-esteem and confidence, helping them build resilience to navigate the pressures of today’s world. With families, I support reconnection, trust-building, and healing from past emotional pain and conflicts. Therapy can be a place to rediscover connection, healing, and hope. I look forward to walking alongside you in that process.
