My therapeutic approach is person-centered, which means that I am first and foremost concerned with the person. Life is full of ups and downs, and it is my objective to make therapy as stress-free as possible in a secure environment where you can be yourself, explore your life, and develop a plan that is perfect for you. My approach is based on the concept that the client is in control of what they wish to achieve in therapy. If you want to work on something, it is your right to do so and to inform the therapist of your intentions. My purpose is to listen, assist you in navigating life, and comprehend what you need to move forward. I strive to help my clients find a sense of purpose and direction by assisting them in learning and understanding their emotions, pain, and strengths.
