I have a total of almost 15 years working in the mental health field and almost three years as a fully licensed professional counselor. The last few years have been a tremendous growth spurt for my professional career, beginning with specialized training in trauma informed care, and more currently, relationship-specific training. Often times, we struggle in life as a result of troubling relationships. When working with individuals or couples, I help them find meaningful and satisfying connections with people who matter most to them.
