I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience treating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD and substance abuse. I also specialize in parenting and attachment. I utilize an array of treatment modalities to tailor the sessions to your unique needs. I offer a nonjudgmental environment to explore all emotions as we work together in the therapeutic process. It is most important to me that you have a helpful space to focus on improving your mental wellness, feeling valued and heard every step of the way. Together, we will work on creating a plan that feels comfortable and effective at helping you feel better so you can get back to your life.
