Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I offer in-person and online therapy in Colorado. I work with individual adults and adolescents, including clients who are seeking coping skills for anxiety and depression, support with major life transitions, and those who are struggling relationally or professionally. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space and encourage my clients to share their stories and process difficult emotions at their own pace. I view our time together as a collaborative process where we are able to identify patterns, build upon strengths, and develop tools to promote growth and healing. I draw from various modalities and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness. This integrative approach allows the therapeutic process to be more flexible and inclusive to each client's needs.
