My approach would be to help you learn ways to deal with present circumstances, gain insight from your past, as well as hope for the future. I like to assess you as person holistically and work with you to balance all areas of your life if you desire; spiritually, relationally, physically, nutritionally, mentally and emotionally.
My passion is working with Teen through Adult individual clients with Anxiety, Depression, life transition, and stressors. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion Focused, Solution Focused and more to give you a holistic framework of tools and diving deeper.
