Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it's a meaningful step toward healing and growth. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space for you to share and reflect on your thoughts, challenges, and life experiences. Together, we will set goals for your future rooted in your personal values and life aspirations and work towards achieving these goals with action planning.
I have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, substance use, relationship stress, life transitions, and trauma. I also have specialized experience supporting frontline workers, individuals impacted by medical trauma, and survivors of sexual violence.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, clarify your values, and move toward meaningful change.
