I am grateful to be a guide to individuals during difficult life challenges: depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and relationship issues. I work collaboratively with you to understand and define your current issues and find solutions. We will explore how to build upon strengths and help develop new coping skills to manage life's challenges. My therapeutic approach incorporates several major therapeutic modalities and techniques, including EMDR, Solution-Focused, CBT, DBT, and Imago. I seek to help my clients discover their potential and learn skills and strategies that will help them achieve their goals by empowering them and providing conditions for personal growth. I tailor my particular focus to the needs of the client(s). I believe that every individual possesses the strength and potential to work through life problems and that most issues are developmentally based.
