Hi, My name is Hina Ansari. I am an Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a EMDR Certified therapist I have vast experience in working with EMDR . I help my clients with Mental health concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, grief, loss, life transitions and relational difficulties. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including eye Movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR),CBT, DBT, Including IFS with EMDR Therapy. My approach is unique because I use mindfulness based techniques along with empirically tested modalities. My main focus is Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and relational difficulties. I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and PTSD for those seeking treatment for abuse in childhood or as adults, for Veterans, and first responders- and victims of domestic abuse or violence. I am an active and empathetic listener that will help you work through those experiences in therapy. I am certified in EMDR CIT and (training towards becoming a consultant . Trained in using IFS with EMDR Therapy. I use an attachment based framework within a weekly and Intensive therapy model. I have specialized training in doing EMDR intensives. I specialize in depression, anxiety and relationship Issues, narcissistic abuse and Trauma and PTSD.
