I work with people dealing with stressful situations who find it difficult to manage their lives with ease and sense of purpose. My clients may be faced with depression and anxiety, grief and loss, addiction issues, career challenges, and family-related conflicts. I teach my clients to learn new coping methods and help them build a stronger and more satisfied self. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults on an individual basis or with loving couples and families to work through their struggles. I offer a supportive and nurturing environment. I feel that my specialty as a counselor is making people feel comfortable. I have had success in helping clients in the LGBTQAI community. My counseling is more tailor-made to clients’ needs, and I am actively involved with them to put into effect the changes they need to achieve their goals. I live in Irvine, California and see clients virtually and telephonically. I have been a licensed psychotherapist since 2013.
