One of the most challenging, yet rewarding, obstacles of life is learning how to become our authentic selves and wholly align our internal compass. When we become in sync with our internal compass and seek our relationships and activities aligning with these values, we unlock the potential to flourish in every aspect of life.
Through self-awareness, acceptance, and a small dose of courage, I believe we all have the ability to become the best versions of ourselves. That is where my role comes into play.
We all need support and encouragement to overcome the obstacles hindering us from becoming our true selves. It is imperative for growth that we continue to consult with our internal compass throughout all stages in life.
My experience has allowed me to work with a multitude of LGBTQ+ clients with various identities, expressions, age ranges, and relationship matters. I am aware of the many struggles LGBTQ+ folx encounter, whether living in the suburbs or rural environments.
