Welcome! Are you feeling stuck or facing big life changes? I get it! Sometimes life transitions can feel overwhelming. I’m here to support you in a way that honors your story, strengths, and goals. I work with adults and families navigating life changes such as perinatal and fertility experiences, career transitions, and grief, to name a few. I also work with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and work-related stress who want to approach life differently, make meaningful changes, and live more fully. I especially enjoy supporting culturally diverse clients, bringing cultural understanding and empathy to each session. Born and raised in South America, I value every person’s unique background and experiences. My approach is solution-focused and goal-oriented, helping you create meaningful change without labels or rigid methods. Let’s work together to build strategies, find solutions, and help you feel more empowered and “unstuck.” Si buscas sesiones en español, con gusto te acompañaré con apoyo y cercanía mientras trabajamos en tu cambio!
