For those who feel pressure from their trauma, our space will be a soft place to land and learn what empowers you. For those facing big decisions, our space will be a journey of exploration towards your values. For those who wonder about ADHD/AuDHD, our space will be an accommodating classroom open to possibility. You are allowed to have a space that centers you and your needs. My therapy services are LGBTQI+ affirming, anti-racist, body neutral, and informed by Health at Every Size. I believe that self diagnosis is valid and that everyone should have access to safe and affirming care.
