My approach to healing is to encourage you to unlearn & challenge deep rooted childhood patterns & maladaptive beliefs that you are undeserving of love and nurturing relationships. I would be honored to provide you with a safe place to tell your story and challenge these beliefs. One of my specialties is working with various stages of motherhood: perinatal, pregnancy, postpartum & beyond. My focus is to help the mommas I work with identify how past trauma & attachment wounds are resurfacing during all stages of motherhood. I help moms process birth trauma, pregnancy, postpartum trauma, depression, & anxiety. I help individuals learn how to reparent themselves, connect with their inner child as they are navigating life transitions by empowering them to recognize they are cycle breakers. Open to working with children 9 years of age or older.
