I provide counseling services to adolescents, young adults, and adults using Experiential Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral. I know that every person is unique and so is their journey. I believe that everyone is an expert on their own experience and possess within themselves the tools to overcome life's roadblocks. I am strengths-based, which means we focus on what clients are, not what they aren't. When difficult times arise it can be easy to forget your strengths. Together we will work to help you recognize your strengths and strengthen natural abilities while gaining new skills. Together we will address roadblocks such as depression, anxiety, stress, and self esteem. I am here to listen to your concerns and discover personalized solutions while engaging in fun, positive experiences. I am honored to be along for the journey. I am open to working with adolescents 13 years and older.
