I'm Irma Da Silva, and I earned my master's degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, my practice is deeply rooted in a postmodern perspective, which reflects my unwavering commitment to social, emotional, and psychological empowerment. My therapeutic approach integrates a variety of strength-based methodologies, including postmodern, brief, systemic, trauma-focused, and narrative therapy.
