I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience in mental health. My goal is to provide a safe space to talk about issues and find healing while learning how to prioritize ourselves and break unhealthy cycles. I work through a client-centered lens meaning that it does not matter where you are in your process, we will start there and you are in control. As a first-generation Latinx therapist, I have a deep understanding of the issues that my community faces and how to address them in a culturally appropriate way. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also focus on self-love and empowerment in my sessions and guide my clients into finding ways to find balance in their lives and live their best life.
