I work with young adults and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress or the constant push and pull of balancing career, family and personal life. Many of my clients come to me during times of transition or when they notice old patterns of thinking and reacting are no longer serving them. They want something different: a calmer mind and body, healthier and more fulfilling relationships, and the freedom to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I began my career in New York City, where I studied, completed my training and opened my private practice. For over a decade, I've created a safe, and supportive space for people to explore their challenges and discover new ways forward. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered and free to live with balance.
My approach is warm, humorous and collaborative. Drawing from training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic theory, I will help you recognize and shift patterns, improve relationships, and ultimately cultivate the freedom of choice- the ability to respond intentionally rather than react.
