I have worked as a mental health therapist in various settings for the past five years. I seek to help empower people to feel like they can address their concerns as well as to develop hope and optimism that things can improve. I work with clients to develop interventions they can use in day-to-day life to help them manage anxiety/depression or other difficulties they experience.
