Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) in NYS. I pride myself on creating a safe space, to be yourself and to explore and gain support in order to grow and live your best life. Over the past 15 years, I have had the honor to witness, through my clients, the strength, growth, and healing that people are capable of. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals to address their trauma, sexual abuse, problematic sexual behaviors, anxiety, depression, sexual addiction, and family issues. My goal is to provide insight and feedback while teaching you techniques and strategies to meet your individual therapeutic goals. My approach to therapy is flexible, I like to create a space that is able to change as you do. Using a family systems lens, I assist individuals in finding patterns in thinking. I believe that our thoughts and feelings drive our behaviors, and exploring this can assist you in creating a healthier lifestyle.
