I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor working with clients in person and via telehealth. My clients are interested in personal growth and dedicated to living a better, more functional life. They are eager to be heard and understood by someone who is nonjudgemental and dedicated to their overall wellness. They are open-minded and ready to engage in a therapeutic relationship which focuses on their strengths and goals always. I can assist clients who are experiencing a wide variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, work and family stressors and past trauma. I use an integrative approach, which is tailored to each client's unique needs. I look forward to hearing from anyone who is ready to start their journey towards better mental health and quality of life. I provide my clients with warm, affirming care and am excited to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and identities.
